| 7 way by-pass relay (Multiplex/towing interface) as required on many new vehicles with multiplex systems which have come out in the last few years to protect the cars own electrics such as most Alfa Romeos, Audi's, BMW's, Citroens, Honda's, Jaguars, Peugeots, Rovers, Volvos and even the new Mondeo, Fiesta and Vectra. The multiplex relay protects the cars electrics by putting no load on the vehicle wiring, instead it just uses them as a trigger device. The trailers lights are power by taking a power source from the vehicles battery (or suitable other source) to the multiplex relay. We now offer a growing range of over 400 vehicle specific electric kits starting from just £19.95, most of which are simplr plug in kits with no dealer downloads required. These are dedicated kits designed especially for each vehicle. All kits are 7pin single electric kits unless stated. Where available dedicated wiring kits are listed in the main price list alongside the vehicle, below is just a small selection of them. All kits are 7pin single electric kits unless stated, However you have the option of using the second 12S or supplementary socket to provide power to your caravan. The caravan plug will usually be white or grey and will normally provide power to your caravan fridge, leisure battery, internal light as well as the reversing lights which are not controlled by the normal 12N socket. |
